III. Usage Precautions

Pre-weld Drying: The electrode must be baked at 150°C for 1 hour before use to remove moisture from the coating, reducing defects such as pores and cracks.

Power Supply & Current: DC power supply is preferred. The current must strictly match the reference range corresponding to the electrode diameter to avoid excessive or insufficient current affecting welding quality.

Type Differentiation: Stainless steel electrodes are divided into "chromium stainless steel electrodes" and "chromium-nickel stainless steel electrodes". E307-16 belongs to the latter; selection should be based on the base metal material, and mixing with other types is not allowed.
