ER330 is a high-nickel-chromium austenitic stainless steel argon arc welding wire with a nickel (Ni) content of approximately 35% and a chromium (Cr) content of approximately 16%. It is specifically designed for extreme high-temperature environments (above 980°C). This welding wire exhibits excellent oxidation resistance and anti-peeling properties, is suitable for a variety of welding processes, and is available in coil (coil) form to meet automated and semi-automated welding needs.

Welding Recommendations

 

Shielding Gas: Pure argon (Ar) or an Ar + He mixture is recommended for shielding.

Gas Flow Rate: 15-25 L/min is recommended.

Pre-welding Cleaning: Thoroughly remove oil, moisture, scale, and other impurities from the surface of the workpiece.

Interpass Temperature: It is recommended to keep it below 150°C.
