3.2mm (1/8"): AC 115-175A, DC± 100-160A

4.0mm (5/32"): AC 180-240A, DC± 160-215A

5.6mm (7/32"): DC± 270-340A

Polarity Selection: DC electrode positive (DCEP) achieves deeper penetration, while DC electrode negative (DCEN) results in shallower penetration but smoother weld appearance.
