E6011 is a high-cellulose sodium type electrode designed and produced according to AWS A5.1 standard. Its coating contains 30%-40% cellulose. During welding, the coating can decompose to produce a mixed gas of CO₂+H₂ to form a protective atmosphere, which has a good protection effect on the molten pool and can effectively suppress welding defects such as pores and slag inclusions.
This electrode is suitable for welding low-carbon structural steel, ordinary carbon steel, and low-carbon steel components with thick rust or oxide layers. It performs well in all-position welding and is especially suitable for welding stress-bearing structures with high requirements for weld density.
