Welding process requirements
1. Power type: AC (alternating current) or DC+ (reverse direct current)
2. Rod drying: 300-350℃ drying for 30-60 minutes, placed in 80-100℃ insulation cylinder before use
3. Current range (flat welding position):

• 3.2mm: 80-110A
• 4.0mm: 100-150A
• 5.0mm: 140-180A
4. Welding position: All-position welding (vertical downward is not recommended)
