Descripation

This copper alloy welding wire has two types, one is with flux,RBCuZn-C is a brass wire containing a small amount of iron, tin, silicon, manganese and other elements. The melting point is about 860% °C, the fluidity is good, silicon can effectively control the evaporation of zinc, eliminate the weld porosity and obtain satisfactory mechanical properties；Another is without flux， which is a flux-coated wire that does not require additional solvent when welding.

Application

Brass oxygen-acetylene gas welding and carbon arc welding as a filling material. Can also be used for brazing copper, steel, copper-nickel alloy, gray cast iron, and inlaid carbide tools, etc.
