What is the relationship between ENiCrFe-2 and weld alloys?

Good temperature adaptability: It can maintain stable performance over a wide temperature range. It can resist low-temperature impact and prevent material embrittlement in low-temperature environments, such as when used for welding liquid nitrogen storage tanks; it can also maintain mechanical properties in high-temperature conditions, and is suitable for high-temperature equipment welding, with excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance.

Key points of welding process

 

  1. Power supply selection: DC reverse connection (DC) power supply is usually used. This connection method can better control the arc stability and molten pool shape, which is conducive to obtaining high-quality welds.
  2. Preheating and interlayer temperature: Generally, preheating is not required, but in actual operation, it should be comprehensively judged and flexibly adjusted based on factors such as the specific parent material properties, workpiece thickness and welding environment.
  3. Post-weld heat treatment: According to the parent material and specific welding requirements, post-weld heat treatment may be required after some welding is completed. The purpose is to eliminate welding residual stress and further improve the weld performance and the overall quality of the workpiece.
