ENiCrCoMo-1 is a nickel-based alloy electrode with the standard model AWS A5.11. Its weld metal has the advantages of high strength, high metallurgical stability, corrosion resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance. It is mainly used for welding nickel-based alloys such as INCONEL617, INCOLOY800, INCOLOY800H, etc. It can also be used for welding HP45 alloy and other heat-resistant casting alloys themselves and between them, and can also be used for welding forged or cast copper-nickel alloys, specific bronze materials, etc. The working temperature of the joint can reach 2100°F (about 1149℃). In addition, it is also suitable for welding martensitic steel, ferritic steel and high nickel alloys, as well as surface surfacing of steel.
