Notes
Before welding, theE309-16 stainless welding rod must be baked at 200~300℃ for 1 hour and used immediately after baking.
Before welding, the weldment must be cleaned of rust, oil, moisture and other impurities.
When welding multiple layers, the surface of the welding slag must be cleaned and the temperature between passes must be controlled below 150℃.
When welding, short arc operation must be used, and narrow weld passes are preferred.
