E308L-16 Welding Rod is mainly used for welding ultra-low carbon stainless steel structures of the same type, such as 00Cr19Ni10, 0Cr19Ni11Ti, etc. It is suitable for corrosion-resistant stainless steel structures with working temperatures below 300℃ and is widely used in chemical, petroleum, synthetic fiber, fertilizer, food machinery, medical equipment and other fields.
Special Requests
- Preparation before welding: Before welding, the weldment must be cleaned of rust, oil, moisture and other impurities to ensure welding quality.
- Baking treatment: Before welding, E308L-16 Ss Welding Rod must be baked at 200-300℃ for 1 hour and used immediately after baking.
- Welding parameters: Try to use low current and short arc operation to ensure welding quality. When multi-layer welding, the surface of the welding slag must be cleaned and the temperature between passes must be controlled below 150℃.
- Safety protection: Please wear appropriate protective equipment during welding, such as welding masks, gloves, work clothes, etc. to ensure the safety of operators.
