Product Description(RBCuZn-D) brazing filler metalis similar to naval bronze but contains manganese and iron which increasethe hardness and strength of the weld deposit. It alsocontains nickel ensuring uniform distribution of the iron in the deposit. A neutral or slightly oxidizing flame and a boric acid/borax type flux should be used.

Application:
RBCuZn-D Nickel Silver (RBCuZn-D) is a bare brazing rod used widely as a replacement for high cost silver brazing alloys when higher brazing temperatures are acceptable. Brass welding wire containing 10% nickel. Melting point is about 935 degrees Celsius, the addition of nickel improves strength and toughness.
