After 3-6 days of accelerated moisture absorption at a humidity of 50%~80%, a comparative test was conducted on the porosity sensitivity of non baked welding rods. The anti porosity sensitivity was significantly better than that of normal E308 welding rods.

By comparing the arc stability, slag removal, arc reignition, spatter rate, anti redness and cracking resistance of the electrode coating, and vertical welding processability of the two formulations of welding rods, it was found that the welding processability of the non reflow electrode and the electrode that requires reflow is equivalent; Through comparative testing of physical and chemical properties between our electrode E308-16, the mechanical properties are better than normal one.
