Usage tips

1.Care must be taken to weld ares and the surface of the wire before welding  .

     2.Before welding, it is generally preheated to 400℃ to 500℃ after welding, oxyacetylene flame welding must be equipped with copper gas flux and copper brazing flux.

     3.The welding flame should use a neutral flame or a slight oxidizing flame, appropriately reduce the temperature during welding, increase the welding speed, and minimize the residence time of the molten pool at high temperatures to reduce the evaporation and oxidation of zinc.
