How to use

(I) Preparation before welding
1. Before use, the electrode needs to be baked at 70-150℃ for 0.5-1 hour to remove moisture from the coating, avoid defects such as pores during welding, and ensure welding quality.
2. Thoroughly clean the oil, rust, moisture and other impurities on the surface of the welding part of the parent material to make the welding surface present a metallic luster, provide good basic conditions for welding, and prevent impurities from mixing into the weld and affecting performance.
(II) Selection of welding parameters
1. It is recommended to use positive connection (DC-) for DC welding to obtain a larger penetration depth; when AC welding, adjust the current size according to the actual situation to ensure arc stability and good formation of the molten pool.
2. The welding current is selected according to the diameter of the electrode. For a 2.5mm diameter electrode, the recommended welding current is 60-90A; for a 3.2mm diameter electrode, the current is 90-130A; for a 4.0mm diameter electrode, the current is 130-180A; for a 5.0mm diameter electrode, the current is 180-230A. At the same time, appropriate adjustments need to be made based on factors such as weldment thickness and welding position to achieve the best welding effect.
