Instructions for use

 

1. Before welding, the electrode must be baked at 350-400℃ for 1 hour and placed in an 80-100℃ insulation cylinder for use
2. Remove impurities such as oil, rust, and moisture within 20mm of the weld groove and both sides
3. Use direct current reverse connection (DCEP), and the welding current should be selected according to the electrode diameter, weld thickness and joint form
4. Short arc operation should be maintained during welding, and the interlayer temperature should be controlled at 150-250℃
5. After welding, stress relief treatment should be performed at 250-350℃×1-2 hours
