More Details
E6010 is a non-alloy steel electrode with a coating type of cellulose. It is suitable for all-position welding, DC reverse connection, strong arc penetration, less welding slag, easy slag removal, high welding efficiency and beautiful weld appearance. Single-sided welding can be formed on both sides. Mainly used for general carbon steel pipes and the same type of materials, the bottom layer of the structure is welded, filled and covered.
Attention:
a. Generraly, welding electrodes do not need to be baked before welding
b. If damped, the electrodes should be baked for 0.5-1 hours at the temperature of 70-80℃ before welding
