Description of castIron welding rod ECI:
ENi-C1 is a kind of cast iron electrode with pure nickel core wire and strong reducibility graghite type coating. When welding,the preheating of the weldments can be left out.It has excellent crack-resistance and machinability.Due to the expensive nickel,it can only be selected when other kinds of electrodes are not suitable.AC/DC.ECI low carbon steel core, cast iron electrode with strong graphitized coating. AC and DC dual-use. Welding powder can become gray cast iron during slow cooling, but the crack resistance is poor.
Application:
Used for repair welding on thin cast iron pieces and machined surfaces,such as some key gray cast iron pieces like engine bearers,guide rails of machine tools,pinion stands.etc chemical composition of Deposited Metal(%)
