AWS E12015-G low alloy steel electrode is a high-performance welding material independently developed by Hangzhou Lin'an Ocean Welding Materials Co., Ltd. (Ocean Welding), specially designed for 830MPa low alloy steel structure welding. As a low hydrogen iron powder type basic electrode, this product adopts DC reverse polarity, has all-position welding capability, stable arc, less spatter, easy slag removal, beautiful weld formation, excellent X-ray detection performance, and is an ideal choice for key structures such as high pressure vessels, bridges, and marine engineering.

Core advantages: We use advanced testing equipment such as the German Spectro Max spectrometer, and undergo three strict quality inspections from raw materials to finished products to ensure that each batch of products meets the AWS A5.5 standard and ISO 9001 quality system certification requirements.

Operation precautions


1. Welding rod baking: bake at 350-380℃ for 1 hour before use, store in 80-100℃ insulation tube for use
2. Workpiece cleaning: remove rust, oil, moisture and other impurities, groove angle recommended 60°±5°
3. Interlayer temperature: control at 150-250℃, clean thoroughly between passes
4. Post-heat treatment: for components with thickness > 25mm, tempering treatment at 600-650℃ for 2 hours after welding
