Storage and Handling Precautions

Storage of Unused Electrodes

Unopened E7018 electrodes must be stored in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse with relative humidity ≤50% and temperature 10~30℃, away from water sources and corrosive substances.

Store on racks (≥30cm from the ground, ≥20cm from walls) to prevent moisture absorption. Stack height must not exceed 1.5m to avoid coating damage from pressure on bottom layers.

Shelf life is typically 1 year (from production date). Expired electrodes require performance re-testing before use.

Handling and Retrieval

Handle with care to avoid violent vibrations that may cause coating detachment or cracking.

Opened but unused electrodes must be sealed in airtight bags or moisture-proof containers to minimize moisture absorption.
