Instructions for use: AWS E6011 is a vertical carbon steel electrode for cellulose based leather, which is used for AC and DC. In the downward vertical welding, the forming is beautiful and the welding efficiency is high. The electrode swing should not be too wide and the arc length should be controlled. X ray flaw detection grade II grade.

Application: it is suitable for butt joint, angle connection and lap welding of thin plate structure; it is used in the manufacture of power station flue, air duct, transformer oil tank, hull and vehicle outer plate.
