Equipment Calibration and Inspection

Drying Oven: Use an industrial-grade electrode drying oven with precise temperature control (±10℃ accuracy) and programmable heating cycles. Verify that thermocouples, heating elements, and timers function correctly. Calibrate the temperature display to ensure readings deviate by no more than 5℃ from actual values.

Holding Oven: Prepare a dedicated electrode holding oven (capacity 5–10kg, depending on workload). Check for airtightness (no visible gaps when closed), effective heating capability (maintaining 80–120℃), and safe electrical connections.

Auxiliary Tools: Equip with a high-temperature thermometer (0–500℃ range), digital timer, heat-resistant gloves, ventilated metal electrode baskets, and a hygrometer to monitor ambient humidity.
