ATTENTION:
The electrodes must be baked under about 150°C for an hour before welding.
For some key casting structures receiving stress, impact, etc., this kind of electrodes are not suitable.
The flaws on the low rigidity surfaces of little thin section castings can be given repair welding without preheating. However, general weldments need to be preheated to 400°C and given insulation work and slow cooling after welding so that the repaired places may be able to be given machine work
