DESCRIPTION:
ER316L is a extra low carbon steel type,has better corrosion resisting than CHM-316、CHG-316.It has excellent performance:good welding workability, stable arc, beautiful appearance, less spatter, and suitable for all-position welding.
APPLICATION:
Mainly suitable for welding of stainless steel in chemical industry and power engineering structure, such as AISI316L, SUS316L.
ATTENTION:
a. Protective gas ratio recommended Ar+(1%-3%)O2
b. Gas flow: 20~25L/min
c. Dry elongation: 15~25mm
d. Remove rust, moisture, oil, and dust from the solder joint
e. In outdoor welding, appropriate windproof measures shall be taken when the wind speed is greater than 1.5m/s to prevent the generation of air holes.
