Preheat the holding oven to 80-120℃ in advance (excessively high temperature will cause premature sintering of the coating, while excessively low temperature cannot effectively prevent moisture absorption).

After putting the dried electrodes into the oven, close the lid immediately and keep it powered on. Monitor the temperature inside the oven in real time (record once every 2 hours).

After taking electrodes from the holding oven each time, close the lid immediately. The amount taken should be sufficient for welding within 30 minutes to avoid frequent opening.
