Ocean Welding AWS E8015-C1 low-temperature steel electrode is a low-hydrogen sodium coated electrode designed for extreme environments of -70℃. It adopts 2.0-2.75% nickel alloy system and achieves excellent low-temperature toughness by refining grains and inhibiting brittle phase transformation. It complies with AWS A5.5 and NB/T 47018 standards and is suitable for welding low-temperature steels such as 09MnNiDR, 13MnSi6, and E36. It is widely used in key structures such as LNG storage tanks, polar ships, and cryogenic pressure vessels. The product diameters include 2.5mm, 3.2mm, and 4.0mm, meeting the full-position welding needs of workpieces of different thicknesses.
