Application
      Low alloy steel welding  electrode AWS E8015-G mainly used in welding of low  alloy steel with corresponding grade of strength. Low alloy steel electrode  also applied in welding of 3.5%Ni low alloy steel structures for working  temperature of which is -100ºC and welding of low alloy steel with  corresponding grade of strength.Instruction 
      1. The oil stains and rust on the welding should be cleared away. 
      2. Pls use stainless steel brush cleaning bead  to avoid iron mied  affacting weld quality. 
      3. Pls Dry 60 minutes at 300-350℃  before welding.  
      4. Take out a small quantity into 100-150℃ drying cylinder, when operation.  
      5. Do not carry electrode over half-day using quantities. 
      6.When swing the electrode, swing width should be within 2.5 times of  the electrode diameter. 
      7. Try to keep short arc and low current, in order to reduce creazing  and improve toughness.
