Description:
The main component of welding wire is 18Cx - 12Ni - 2Mo, which is stainless steel MIC welding wire and can be welded in all positions. Excellent welding performance. -- Smooth wire feeding, stable arc and beautiful shape few splashes. Because it contains Mo, it has excellent corrosion resistance for acetic acid, sulfite, phosphoric acid and salts.
Application:
It is often used for welding of petrochemical and fertilizer equipment, such as 06Cr17Ni12Mo2 (sUS 316) and other materials.

Attention:
1. Protective gas: pay attention to the purity of protective gas, and the mixture ratio is recommended to be axr+1~3% 02.
2. Gas flow: 20 * 25L/min.
3. Dry elongation: 15 * 25mn.
4. Remove the rust layer, moisture, oil stain, dust, etc. from the welding part.
5. When the wind speed is greater than 1 Wind protection measures shall be taken for 5m/s, and appropriate wind protection measures shall be taken to prevent air holes.
