Description

Application:
ER308 is suitable for welding 18% chromium – 8% nickel stainless steel such as AISI 304, 304L, 308, and 308L. It is also suitable for welding dissimilar metals like stainless steel to mild steel or carbon steel. However, it should not be used for welding high-carbon steel or cast iron.
Attention:
1.It is recommended to use the lowest possible amperage and voltage settings to avoid overheating of the weld.
2.the welding area should be clean and free from any contaminants like grease, oil, or rust.
3.It is advisable to wear protective gear like gloves, goggles, and respiratory masks while welding.
