Attention:
"Before welding, the welding rod should be baked at about 350400" C for 1 hour. The surface of the weldment should be free of moisture, oil, and oxides. "

For aluminum bronze welding and carbon steel surfacing, preheating is not required for thin parts, but about 200 "C is required for thick parts.".
After welding, hammer the weld with a flat hammer to refine the grain size, eliminate stress, and improve the strength and plasticity of the weld.
