IV. Welding Operation Instructions
Before welding, remove oil stains and rust from the workpiece surface to avoid impurities affecting weld quality;
Dry the electrodes at 300-350℃ for 60 minutes before use to ensure low-hydrogen performance;
After drying, take a small amount of electrodes into a 100-150℃ drying cylinder, and take no more than half a day's dosage at a time;
During welding, the swing width of the electrode should be ≤2.5 times the electrode diameter, and try to maintain a short arc and low current to reduce cracks and improve toughness;
After arc breakage, the arc can be quickly reignited through the unique arc-striking design to ensure the continuous and stable welding process.
