Recently, OCEAN WELDING, a high-end welding materials brand, launched its new generation ER308LSi stainless steel welding wire. This product, achieved through breakthroughs in core technologies, particularly in silicon content control and copper plating processes, aims to provide a high-performance solution for welding challenges of 304 stainless steel, with a focus on improving the efficiency and quality of automated welding.
The new welding wire uses a precise alloy formula. Its high silicon (Si) content significantly improves the fluidity and wettability of the molten pool, resulting in ultra-stable arcs and minimal spatter during welding. The weld formation is smooth and uniform, requiring minimal post-treatment. Simultaneously, its ultra-low carbon (C) content effectively ensures excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion, fully meeting the stringent requirements for structural safety and cleanliness in industries such as petrochemicals, pressure vessels, and food machinery.
