AWS E6011 electrode is one the Cellulose electrode, which means that the content of cellulose on welding flux is high and the arc is stable. During welding, a lot of gas is produced to protect the weld metal. The slag produced by these electrodes is very little, and it is easy to remove slag. It is also called vertical down welding electrode. It can be used for all position welding, and vertical welding can be welded down. Totally different from AWS E6013 welding electrode
On market, there has Lincoln brand, bohler brand, Esab brand.
