The ingredients of the pharmaceutical skin include: hydrochloric acid, fluoride, carbonate, oxide, organic matter, ferric alloy and other chemical powders, etc., which are mixed according to a certain formulation ratio. The coating composition of different types of electrode coatings is also different.
The coating of the core surface generally has two thicknesses, and the main components of the coating are substantially the same.
There are three types, namely, slag, gas generating agents, and deoxidizers.
The slag is a compound which protects the molten metal liquid when the electrode is melted, thereby increasing the quality of the welding.
Gas generants are mainly composed of substances such as starch and wood powder, have a certain reduction.
The deoxidizer consists of titanium iron and manganese. Typically, such substances can increase the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of metals.

Welding rod manufacturing process
The manufacturing process of the welding rod is based on the design of the welding rod to make the die and prepare the coating, and the coating is uniformly applied to the welding core, which conforms to the design requirements of the qualified electrode.
