E means Electrode, E6011 is Amercial welding standard no, equal to China welding standard no J425
Which have the same characteriestics as AWS E6010, but unlike the E6010, the electrode may be used with small AC welders as well as DC types,is suitable for welding where poor groove fit-up and rusty or oily steel is present
